Our Produce
We specialize in heirloom vegetables that have been passed down through the generations. Our main focus is our "winter greens" offered from November 1- May 1. Also our summer shares are available from June 1- September 1, as well as our market stand open each Friday from 12-6 PM at the farm. Tomatoes and peppers are important crops in summer, as are beans, peas and vine crops (melons, squash, etc.). We also grow a variety of root crops, several berry crops, edible and cut flowers. We love growing unusual varieties of vegetables. Our market stand typically stocks homemade bread each Friday and other baked goods on occasion
Other Products
In addition to our farm produce, we offer farm fresh eggs from pastured chickens, fresh cut flower arrangements, gift baskets and weekly specialty baked goods. Coming soon to our product line our favorite kale chips. And in the future we plan to offer canned preserves like fresh salsa and garden relishes.
Other Promise
We use no pesticides, herbicides, or commercial fertilizers- choosing to use natural soil amendments, composted manures, compost tea, and composted vegetable waste. This builds long-term health and sustainability in our soils. Even all of our weeding is done by hand.
